BPI Club Terms and Conditions
Every current owner, past purchaser, and purchaser-under-contract of a Bosa Properties’ developed residential strata lot is automatically enrolled in BPI Club.
You must expressly elect to receive the communications and benefits of BPI Club by confirming with the BPI sales team your election to participate. If you wish to cancel your enrollment in BPI Club, you will contact the sales team with instructions accordingly.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that Bosa Properties may cancel your enrollment in the BPI Club and any benefits and incentives thereof without notice to you, in its sole discretion. You further acknowledge that any entitlement to incentives and benefits under the BPI Club is exclusively determined by Bosa Properties, in its sole discretion, and subject to availability.
BPI Club enrollment and benefits are not assignable and cannot be exchanged for a cash value.
You accept and assume full legal and personal responsibility and liability for any and all tax implications, assessments or reassessments by the Canada Revenue Agency and Ministry of Finance which may arise in connection with acceptance of incentives or benefits under the BPI Club program and irrevocably release and discharge, and agree to indemnify and save harmless, Bosa Properties for any assessments or reassessments made by the Canada Revenue Agency or Ministry of Finance of you in connection with acceptance of incentives or benefits under the BPI Club program, and the foregoing indemnity will survive indefinitely following your completion date of any purchase and sale of a strata lot within the BPI Club program.
Bosa Properties reserves the right to change terms, conditions, offerings and incentives under the BPI Club at any time without notice to you and interested persons are responsible for regularly reviewing terms, conditions, offerings and incentives.
