Lido

Designed by NSDA Architects in conjunction with Richard Henry Architect, Lido comprises of a 19 story high-rise building and a contrasting 6 story low-rise element which combine to house 183 residences, and the LIDOdeck—a rooftop pool with heated cabanas. The exterior brick draws from the rail-yard history of the southeast False Creek flats, while also adding classic form to the building's aesthetic. Designed to meet a LEED™ Gold standard, Lido utilizes green roofs, solar shading, and energy efficient glazing to reduce it's environmental impact.
