Since our last update, there has been significant progress on site, which you may have seen if you’ve driven by in recent weeks. We have achieved permanent power on-site, drywall is complete in all homes, and cabinets are being installed. 

During the ROWE Homeowner Information Session, the Bosa Properties Sales and Customer Care Team along with some industry experts discussed pertinent details about the next steps in your completion process, what to expect and how to prepare to receive your new home.

Spring is here and the good weather has allowed our construction team to make excellent progress on site over the last few weeks.

We're pleased to share that cabinetry, countertops and finishes are now being installed in our first few homes. For the exteriors, brickwork is in progress and patios are taking shape.

Despite the cold temperatures and snow, our construction team has been making excellent progress on site. Over the last few weeks, our teams have completed framing all homes, including rooftops. Window installation is in progress, along with insulation in interiors.
