• 5% staff bonus purchases are non-assignable, and limited to one purchase per Realtor.

• BPI Club Member status is designed to provide improved access to homes, it does not guarantee in any way your buyers will get a home and no such
guarantee shall be represented by you to your clients.

• BPI Club Member privileges are crafted to extend such privileges to your direct clients and not to be used as a marketing tool to win new clients and such
marketing or communications will result in termination of BPI Club Member status.

• In the event of allocation of specific homes, such homes are being allocated for BPI Club Member established clients and such homes shall not be publicly
marketed to find a potential buyer and are non-transferable to any other Broker. Any of these actions will result in one or all allocated homes being taken back
from BPI Club Member and possible termination of BPI Club Member status.

• BPI Club Member threshold(s) and entitlement(s) to the rewards outlined above will be determined by BPI in its sole discretion.

• BPI Club Member purchasing of homes within a project is subject to unit availability as determined by BPI in its sole discretion.

• BPI Club Member status and rewards may be revoked at any time at BPI in its sole discretion.

• BPI Club Member program terms may vary and change with or without notice at BPI in its sole discretion.
